Who are Mas y Menos? They're two little speedster twins, around the age of twelve. We first meet then in the finale of season 3, when Cyborg goes to help start the Titans East, of which Mas y Menos are a part. As Aqualad said, they go really fast, but only when they're touching, and they only speak Spanish. This makes for some interesting moments with the other Titans, since no one can understand what they're saying (though you pick up some really funny things if you, like me, know the language).

Well, I'm trying not to use too much Spanish, since one of the rules of a fanlisting is to have it in English. Basically, Mas y Menos means "plus and minus" (like a battery, get it? they just keep going and going and going...), and "si podemos" is their little catchphrase of sorts. "Mas y Menos, si podemos!" which is basically, "yes we can!"

Besides the uniforms, Menos has one less tooth than Mas.

When the twins first appeared, I fleshed out a text file of all the things they'd said, which was expanded upon by Alan Back. You can find our translations in any of the transcripts on TitansGo.

A fanlisting is just that: a huge listing of all the fans of a certain book, movie, band, etc. It's really not much more complicated than that.
